This option would allow the sale of ghost peppers, but with a warning label to alert consumers of the potential danger.

However, this would also create a culture of complacency, where consumers would be less likely to heed the warning.

Option 3: Create a Ghost Pepper Pretzel Testing Facility

This option would create a testing facility to determine the safety and efficacy of ghost pepper pretzels.

However, this would also require a significant investment of resources and manpower.
