COFFEE FOR CAFFEINE OVERLOAD
A Guide to Consuming More of What You Clearly Need to Avoid

Step 1: Indulge in Excess

Start your day with a 5am coffee run. Not 4am. Not 6am. 5am. You must be precise.

Step 2: Add Sugar

Use a sugar-to-coffee ratio of at least 4:1. Anything less is just being boring.

Step 3: Repeat

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the next 8 hours. You may need to rehydrate.

Optional: Add Caffeine Supplements

We recommend 1000mg of caffeine per serving. Don't ask questions.
