Step 1: Crash Preparation

Before you even think about crashing, make sure you've done the bare minimum. This includes:

• Invitations are not an invitation to crash, they are a formal request for presence. Don't be that guy.
• Know the party host's name, address, and phone number. Don't be that guy either.
• Come prepared with a decent excuse for why you can't attend. Just in case.
