Today, I woke up at 3:47 AM to realize that I had forgotten to set my alarm clock. I then spent the next 20 minutes scrolling through memes on my phone before finally mustering the energy to get out of bed. I felt like a true champion.
As I stumbled into the kitchen to make some coffee, I tripped on my cat, who was sitting in the middle of the room, looking very smug. I'm pretty sure he was plotting against me.
After a few cups of coffee, I felt ready to tackle the day. I spent the morning writing a 5,000-word essay on the importance of napping, which I'm fairly certain will be published in the Naps for Freedom Journal.
