Rule 1: Always arrive on time for the rodeo, unless you're running a 4-hour marathon of "who can eat the most funnel cakes."
Rule 2: No clowning around (get it?) during the rodeo. No squirt gun fights or pie-in-the-face shenanigans.
Rule 3: All participants must wear a name tag with their clown name and number. No exceptions, no excuses.
