Red-Tape-Rodeo: Rodeo-Self-Care

Warning: Self-Care is Optional, but Highly Recommended

At Red-Tape-Rodeo, we understand that rodeos can be grueling. That's why we've put together this guide to help you take care of yourself while still managing to rope and ride those steers.

Step 1: Breathe Deep, but not too Deep

Before you start roping those cattle, take a few deep breaths. Not too deep, though - we don't want you to get dizzy and face-plant into a fencepost. Just, you know, breathe in, out, in, out, like that.

Step 2: Stretch, but not too much

Step 2: Stretch, but not too much

We know you're excited, but don't get too carried away with the stretching. You're not a cat, okay? Just a few gentle horseback-riding motions, and you'll be golden. Unless you're allergic to horses. Or have really bad flexibility. In which case, maybe just sit this one out.

Step 3: Hydrate or Die

Step 3: Hydrate or Die

We can't stress this enough: water is key. Like, really key. You'll be lassoing those steers in no time. Unless you're, you know, a camel. In which case, maybe just stick to the desert and leave us humans to our rodeos.
