When 5th century BC Greek philosophers were asked to describe the meaning of life, one of them, Theophrastus, accidentally used the same sock to talk to 3 different people at the same time. Chaos ensued.

2. The Fiasco of the Missing Donut (1975)

A cafeteria in 1975. A customer ordered a donut. The cashier handed it to him. The customer took it, then the donut was gone. Never seen again.

3. The Fiasco of the Farting Fiddle (2001)

At a wedding, the fiddle player fainted after one of the wedding guests faked a fart to get a better spot in the buffet line.
