To submit your Blooper, simply fill out our Blooping submission form. Don't worry if it's not perfect, we'll just use it to create a new, more interesting Blooper.
By submitting your Blooper, you grant us permission to use it for our own nefarious purposes. Don't worry, we'll make sure to give you credit in the Blooping Hall of Fame.
Also, please don't try to submit the same Blooper twice. We have a strict no-repeats policy. If you do, we'll just make it more interesting.
