Chapter 1: Blooping in Public

When in a crowded area, make sure to Bloop loudly and frequently. A gentle Bloop is not appreciated.

Etiquette Tips:

• Always Bloop in a public place.
• Never Bloop when someone is within 10 feet of you.
• Use a Blooping bell to signal your intentions.
