Procrastination Ping Pong: The Ultimate Burnout Bane
Warning: This exercise is not for the faint of heart. It's a game of ping-pong, but instead of paddles and balls, you get to play with the guilt and anxiety of unfinished tasks.
Objective: Ping a ball of procrastination back and forth with yourself, using the force of your own burnout.
Rules: Each player must ping the ball with a different excuse for why the task can't be started.
- Player 1: "I'm waiting for the perfect tool."
- Player 2: "I'm waiting for the perfect moment."
- Player 3: "I'm waiting for the perfect understanding."
- ...
- You: "I'm waiting for the ball to drop."
