Biggie the Puppetmaster's Guide to Absurdity in Leadership

Phase 2 of the Experiment is where things start to get really out of hand. As a seasoned puppetmaster, I, Biggie, know that true leadership is not about being a hero, but about being a skilled manipulator of strings. Here's some tips:

1. Make everyone else look like an idiot

It's simple: if you want to be in charge, just make everyone else look like they're in charge. Use a mirror, lots of it, and make sure everyone is admiring themselves while you're doing the real work.

And remember, it's not about being liked, it's about being obeyed.

Tip 4: Make everyone else's work harder for you

It's simple: make the work harder, and then complain about how hard it is. This way, when you're finally done with it, everyone will be too exhausted to complain.

And don't forget, it's not about being efficient, it's about being seen as efficient.

Tip 5: Fire everyone else

Why bother with all this other nonsense? Just get rid of everyone else and rule with an iron fist... or, you know, a nice, firm hand.
