Dr. Pete's latest attempt to create a sentient pineapple has ended in disaster. The pineapple, code-named "Piney", has developed a penchant for playing the trombone and is currently on the run, leaving a trail of squished fruit and confused laboratory assistants in its wake.
The Piney's trombone playing has been described as "off-key" and " marginally less pleasant than a dental exam". Dr. Pete is currently on the hunt for a new, more cooperative fruit.
