DrPete, the infamous Eggplant King, had finally achieved the pinnacle of his empire: the Great Fiasco.
A massive, glittering monument to his ego, the Fiasco was a 50-story skyscraper built on a foundation of pure, Grade-A eggplant.
But as the sun rose over the city, the Eggplant Empire's greatest achievement began to crumble.
The foundation, it seemed, was not as solid as DrPete had thought.
A series of minor tremors became a full-blown earthquake, sending the entire Fiasco crashing to the ground.
"No!" DrPete wailed, his usually calm demeanor shattered.
"My precious Eggplant Empire!"
As the dust settled, DrPete surveyed the ruin of his beloved Fiasco.
A single, defiant eggplant remained, still proudly standing, but for how long?
