Due to an unexpected influx of subterranean rodents, our structural integrity has been severely compromised.

Our engineers are working tirelessly to repair the damage, but in the meantime, please be advised that:

• Some walls may lean slightly to one side.
• Doors may stick, but will still open, probably.
• Beds may wobble, but will still support, allegedly.
