• The 4th of February: Our team tried to 'improve' the company logo by replacing it with a picture of a confused-looking cat, which was met with widespread outrage
• The 5th of February: A rogue intern decided that our website needed more 'security' and installed an extra 100,000 lines of code

Our team was tasked with creating a new feature that would 'improve' the user experience. What they actually did was create a feature that randomly changes the font size to 1px every hour, making it difficult for users to read the text. When confronted about this, they claimed it was 'experimental'.
