Section 1: General Rules
1. All participants must be human, unless you're a talking fish. In that case, you're probably still not allowed.
2. No fishing with your feet. Or hands. Or face. Or any other appendages. We have a strict no-tentacles policy.
3. Don't be a jerk. We're all here to have fun, unless you're the tournament director, in which case, you're just here to be annoying.4. The fish with the most fins wins. Unless they're all dead, in which case, the fish with the least amount of fins wins. Or maybe it's just whoever shows up first. We're still working on the rules.
