Why is it still not fixed after all these years?

We're still trying. It's not like we're not trying. It's just, uh, priorities. And also, you know, we're pretty sure it's not actually broken. Maybe it's just your imagination. Or maybe it's just really slow. Yeah, that's it. It's just slow.

But don't worry, we're on it! We've got a team of highly trained, highly caffeinated, highly overworked engineers who are working around the clock to fix it. (Or, you know, maybe they're just playing Solitaire. Or watching cat videos. Or taking a three-hour lunch. But still, it's working hard, we swear!)
