Review of Current Expenses

We reviewed our current expenses and found that we've spent:

• 1000$ on office supplies
• 500$ on travel expenses
• 2000$ on marketing materials

We also discussed ways to reduce our expenses and save some cash for the future.

Discussion of New Project Proposals

Bob proposed a new project that would require:

• 10000$ in initial investment
• 5000$ in ongoing expenses

John and Jane were skeptical about the project, but Alice thought it was a great idea.

Budget Allocation for New Initiatives

We decided to allocate 5000$ for Bob's project and 3000$ for another project proposed by Jane.
