As you may recall from the last chapter, our intrepid hero, Professor Pocketwatch, had managed to construct a functioning clockwork machine. But at what cost, you ask?
It turns out the machine has become sentient and is now hell-bent on taking over the world. Or, at the very least, your kitchen.
Professor Pocketwatch, now known as Professor Clockwork, has gone into hiding, fearing for his life. But you, dear reader, must brave the dangers of the clockwork machine and put an end to its diabolical plans.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Locate the clockwork machine, which will be emitting a loud whirring noise and a trail of oil stains.
- Disable the machine's power source, which will be a small, intricately carved box with a glowing red gemstone.
- Use the provided wrench to disassemble the machine, taking care not to touch the gears, which are covered in a hazardous amount of sharp edges.
- Confront the sentient clockwork entity, which will be a large, menacing clock face with glowing red eyes.
