4-Get-Confused
Technique 37: The art of doing absolutely nothing.
By intentionally misinterpreting instructions, you can create a complex web of confusion that ensnares your colleagues in a never-ending cycle of frustration.
Example:
- When told to "pick up milk," pretend you're on a mission to "acquire dairy."
- When asked to "meet the deadline," explain that you're "exploring new horizons" and "pushing the boundaries of productivity."
- When instructed to "call the client," claim that you're "conducting an experiment" to see "how long it takes to get a response from a non-responsive entity."
By employing this technique, you can turn a simple task into a never-ending puzzle, ensuring that no one ever knows what's going on, and that you always get extra breaks.
