The Loopy Loop is the art of creating a never-ending cycle of meetings, reports, and paperwork, all in the name of progress, but actually just going in circles.
Here's an example:
- Submit report
- Attend meeting to discuss report
- Revise report based on meeting discussion
- Submit revised report
- Attend another meeting to discuss revised report
- ...and so on.
