Section 5: Excessive Form Submission Protocols
As per Article 3, Subsection 2, all participants are required to fill out Form 7-B/5 in triplicate. Failure to do so will result in a 5-point penalty, including but not limited to: Loss of 5 minutes of free time at the Red-Tape-Rodeo
Individuals with less than 10 years of experience in Form Submission Protocols are exempt from Section 5. However, they are required to attend a 5-hour workshop, which includes but is not limited to: A 30 minute presentation on the history of Form 7-B/5

Failure to complete these steps will result in a 10 point penalty.
