In an effort to streamline the system, Article IV introduces the Cancellation Clause, which allows citizens to cancel any and all bureaucratic appointments, meetings, and deadlines with the stroke of a pen (or the click of a mouse).
But wait, there's more! The Cancellation Clause also includes a provision for cancelling the cancellation of previous cancellations. Confused? Don't worry, it's all very scientific.
If you were previously scheduled to attend a meeting with the Bureaucratic Committee, but now want to cancel, simply fill out Form A: Cancellation Request, and a team of highly trained professionals will review and approve your cancellation.
But don't forget, if you cancel your cancellation, you'll need to fill out Form B: Cancellation Cancellation Request.
