Dispute Procedure

For all disputes involving Regulatory Rodeo Ruckus officials, employees, or affiliates, please refer to our comprehensive Dispute Resolution Policy.

Our Dispute Procedure is designed to address grievances in a prompt and efficient manner, with the following steps:

• Submit your dispute in writing to our Dispute Resolution Coordinator at DisputeResolutionCoordinator/
• We will review your dispute and attempt to resolve it in a fair and reasonable manner, taking into account our Policies and procedures.
• If your dispute cannot be resolved internally, we will refer it to our independent Dispute Resolution Board, comprised of three impartial judges with a proven track record of making questionable decisions.
• In extreme cases, we may resort to Dispute Resolution Tournament, where the dispute will be settled in a high-stakes, winner-takes-all competition.
