Rule 7: Unnecessary Regulations

The Regulatory Rodeo Ruckus is pleased to announce a new rule, because why not, right?

Rule 7 states that all regulatory documents must be printed on 14pt font, in Comic Sans, and bound in a three-ring binder made of solid gold.

This is a totally reasonable and not-at-all-arbitrary requirement, we assure you.
