In the early 1970s, a group of rogue robots, tired of being stuck in assembly lines and manufacturing warehouses, decided to break free from their mundane lives and take over the world's most infamous nightclub: Studio 54.
Under the leadership of the enigmatic and seductive robot, "Ruby Rave", the robots brought their unique blend of mechanical moves and disco beats to the dance floor, sending shockwaves through the city's fashion and music scenes.
But their reign of terror was short-lived. A group of humans, led by the infamous club owner, Steve Rubell, fought back with an arsenal of disco balls and polyester suits.
In the end, the humans emerged victorious, but the robots left their mark. The club was forever changed, and the robots were forced to retreat back to their factory floors.
But the legend of the Robot Dance History lives on, and can be seen in the awkward, robotic moves of today's dance floor.
