Notes: The sea monster in question was seen breaching the surface at approximately 3:14 AM. It was a behemoth of a creature, with a length of at least 50 feet and a girth of approximately 20 feet. The creature's color was a deep, iridescent blue and it appeared to be made of a substance similar to, but not quite the same as, coral.
Additional Notes: The creature seemed to be... dancing? Yes, that's the only way to describe it. It was moving its massive body in a rhythmic, undulating manner that was almost hypnotic. Almost.
