Failure Type: Critical (x3)

Failure Description: The Space Bloopers' flagship, the Gloopernaught, has malfunctioned in 4 out of 5 attempts to navigate the space-time continuum.

Causes of failure:

• Human error: Captain Zorgon's navigation system was last updated in 2001.
• Malfunctioning plasma injector: 3rd time this week.
• Uncooperative astrophysical forces: Gravity.

Recommendations: We recommend that all Space Bloopers personnel take a 2-week refresher course in basic astrophysics and navigation. Also, please do not look at the plasma injector.
