Meet Chef Tofu

Our Head Chef and Sushi Sensei, Chef Tofu, has been training in the ancient art of Sushi-jutsu since the early 23rd century. He's a master of the sushi universe and has a reputation for being the best in the galaxy.

Chef Tofu's motto is "A good sushi is like a well-crafted spaceship - it's all about the little details." He lives up to his motto with every dish he creates.
