Warning: Do not attempt to perform an extreme trust fall without proper training and equipment. Or, you know, just go ahead and try, we'll pretend it's not our fault.
As a team-building exercise, extreme trust falls are meant to test the limits of trust and communication among team members. But let's be real, they're just an excuse for people to get hurt and make fun of each other.
Sub-Challenge 2: "The Fallacy of Trust"
Challenge yourself to trust someone who has a history of betrayal, deception, and questionable life choices. Like your coworker who "accidentally" booked the conference room for the rival company's annual meeting.
Will you trust the person who "borrowed" your stapler 5 years ago and never returned it? Will you trust the person who "forgot" to tell you about the company-wide email about the new dress code?
Find a willing participant and have them stand on top of a wobbly table, and then... push them off. Or just pretend to. Or don't. Your call.
