Article 1: Time Traveler's Taxation

Section 1.1: Time Traveler's Tax Rate

Any time traveler who enters the temporal continuum for the purpose of personal enrichment shall be taxed at a rate of 50% of their total earnings.

Section 1.2: Time Traveler's Tax Deduction

Time travelers who visit ancient civilizations and contribute to the local economy shall be eligible for a 20% tax deduction.

Section 1.3: Time Paradox Penalties

Time travelers who create temporal paradoxes shall be subject to a penalty of $10,000,000 per paradox.
