Fluctuation Shielding: The Unreliable Defense

Fluctuation Shielding is a dubious method of protection that relies on the principles of Quantum Tunneling and Schrödinger's Cat. In theory, it's supposed to shield sensitive information from prying eyes, but in practice, it's more like trying to hold water in a leaky bucket.
