Bartholomew is a master bridge designer with a passion for the absurd. He's responsible for creating bridges that defy logic and challenge the laws of physics.

His crowning achievement is the "Bridge of a Thousand Whimsy" in the heart of the city of Bizarro.

When not designing bridges, he's usually found sipping tea and complaining about the weather.
