As the citizens of Utopia continue to live in blissful harmony, a group of rebels, known as the 'Dissonants', begin to organize a revolution.
Led by the enigmatic and charismatic, 'The Whimsy', the Dissonants aim to shake the very foundations of the perfect society.
Their plan is to introduce the concept of 'individuality' into the Utopian way of life, but as they do, the once serene landscape begins to crack and fracture.
