Epilogue 2: The Utopian Aftermath

In the wake of the Great Utopian Experiment, the once-thriving community of New Eden lay in ruins. The inhabitants, who had once lived in harmony with the environment, had devolved into petty squabbles over the last scraps of food. The Council of Elders, once the guiding light of the utopia, now sat in a cramped, dingy room, arguing over the finer points of who ate the last of the granola bars.

The air was thick with the smell of despair and stale air. The once-manicured lawns were overgrown, the once-pristine waterfalls now sullied by the constant fighting over whose turn it was to do the dishes.

As the last of the inhabitants succumbed to their own petty squabbles, the Council of Elders looked on in dismay. "This," they cried, "is what happens when you take the human spirit out of humanity!"

And so, the utopia that once was, came to a close. The people, the land, and the granola bars, all lost to the ravages of human nature.
