Policy 1: Mandatory Friday Afternoon Naps

In an effort to boost productivity and employee happiness, all employees are required to take a minimum of 30 minutes of paid nap time on Friday afternoons.

Failure to comply will result in a sternly-worded email from management.

Policy 2: Mandatory Use of Company-Approved Socks

Policy 3: Mandatory Participation in Quarterly Puzzle Competitions

• Employees are required to participate in the quarterly puzzle competition, where they will be given a series of increasingly complex puzzles to solve.
• Winners will receive a prize pack of artisanal donuts.
