Section 1: Purpose and Scope
This Artistic License Agreement governs the creation, reproduction, and distribution of all original works produced within the Neo-Brutalist universe.
By signing this agreement, the Artist (hereinafter referred to as "The Artist") acknowledges that their work will be subject to the principles of Neo-Brutalism, including but not limited to:
- Use of high-contrast colors
- Thick black borders
- Harsh drop shadows
- Bold, unsmoothed typography
Section 2: License Grant
Neo-Brutalist Inc. grants to the Artist a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to create works that adhere to the principles of Neo-Brutalism.
This license allows the Artist to:
- Create original works of art, including but not limited to paintings, drawings, sculptures, and digital art
- Distribute, display, and exhibit their works in any medium or format
- Use the Neo-Brutalist name, logo, and trademarks in connection with their work
Section 3: Restrictions
The Artist agrees to:
- Not represent their work as "good taste" or "sophisticated" if it adheres to the principles of Neo-Brutalism
- Not attempt to explain or defend their work as "artistic expression" or "pushing boundaries" if it is merely an exercise in Neo-Brutalist dogma
- Not use the term "Neo-Brutalist" as a synonym for "good design" or "effective communication"
