The Vice-Manager is the right-hand man to the Manager. Responsible for doing all the actual work while the Manager takes credit for it. Key responsibilities include:

• Micromanaging the Micromanagers
• Stealing the Manager's lunch
• Covering up all mistakes, real and perceived
• Answering the phone with a 10-minute delay
