Phase 4 is where you really start to get into the zone. The styles are getting more experimental, more avant-garde, more you. Think neon signs, think lava lamps, think Flashy. This is where the boundaries get pushed, and the rules get broken.
But don't get too comfortable, because Phase 5 is just around the corner... and it's going to be even weirder.
