Germ Profile Creation: A Comprehensive Guide
Step 1: Gather Data
- Collect 5ml of saliva from your subject
- Insert saliva into a sterile container
- Label the container with subject ID and date
Step 2: Enzyme Extraction
- Use a high-pressure vortex mixer to break down the saliva
- Filter the mixture through a sterile 0.22μm filter
Step 3: DNA Sequencing
- Use PCR to amplify target genes
- Send the amplified DNA to a sequencing facility
Step 4: Data Analysis
- Use bioinformatics software to align the data
- Compare the results to known germ profiles
