Incident Report:

The client, Bacteria Inc., reported an outbreak of E-Coli bacteria on their production floor. The affected area was promptly isolated and sanitized, but not before our intrepid investigators collected evidence of the microorganisms.

Investigation Report:

We analyzed the samples and found the E-Colis to be of the Escherichia coli species. The bacteria were highly aggressive and demonstrated a propensity for rapid reproduction.

Recommendations:

We recommended a thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the affected area, as well as the implementation of additional safety protocols to prevent future outbreaks. The client was also advised to increase the frequency of handwashing among their staff.

Next Steps:

The client was scheduled for a follow-up visit to ensure the E-Colis had not returned. We also recommended they consider investing in an industrial-strength UV sanitizer to combat future microbial threats.
