At BlandCorp, we're not just a company, we're a carefully curated collection of unremarkable decisions.

As such, our moderatorial policies are subject to interpretation. But don't worry, we'll make it up as we go along.

What Constitutes an Exception?

Exceptions are those things we do when the rules don't apply. Like when the vending machine breaks, and we have to eat the stale crackers from 2018.

Or when the coffee machine runs out of creamer, and we have to drink it straight black, because, why not?

To request an exception, please fill out the following form in triplicate, and we'll get back to you when we remember.

We'll review your request, and if it's not completely unremarkable, we'll let you know.

When the copier jams, and we have to use the old one with the broken paper tray.
When the IT department is too lazy to fix the printer, so we just use our phones.
When the break room microwave smells like last week's leftovers, and we just pretend it's normal.

These are just a few examples of the many, many exceptions we've had the pleasure of experiencing.
