Erasure Art

Welcome to the Erasure Art Gallery, where we proudly present the art of removing things.

Erasure Art is the practice of deliberately destroying or removing objects, texts, or even thoughts to create new meaning. Our artist-in-residence, Jean-Paul Sartre, has been erasing his name off the blackboard for years.

Featured Erasure Piece: "The Void"

This piece, created by the enigmatic artist known only as "The Eraser," involves erasing a blank canvas with a black crayon.
