Beer-Braised Short Ribs
For the uninitiated, beer-braised short ribs are not, in fact, ribs that have been braised in beer. It's actually just a fancy way of saying 'we put some beer in the slow cooker and then we put some short ribs in it'.
That being said, it still sounds like a great excuse to drink more beer.
