1. Each player must wear their official Foosball tournament jumpsuit at all times during the tournament.
2. Each player must be at least 5'9" tall, as measured in a straight line, to participate in the tournament.
3. The tournament will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at exactly 3:14 AM, during leap years only.
