Rewriting the Constitution: The Balthazar Method
After months of intense research and debate, I, Balthazar, have finally rewritten the Constitution of the United States. My 17th draft is a masterpiece:
Key Changes:
- Article IV, Section 1: Replaced "the flag" with "the disco ball" because, let's be real, freedom is more fun with flashing lights.
- Amended the 2nd Amendment to include "right to bear arms... and also right to have a good nap in the park"
- Introduced a new Article XV: "The Right to Free Pizza on Fridays"
