Bob Jr. is a 32-year-old professional miracle bread baker. He's been working for us since he could walk. Literally. He's got the hands of a toddler and the mustache of a 1970s accountant.
Bob Jr. has a degree in Advanced Toasting and has won numerous awards for his artisanal breads, including the Golden Loaf award for "Best Use of Fennel" in 2018.
When not busy making miracle bread, Bob Jr. enjoys playing trombone, collecting antique door knobs, and practicing interpretive dance in his pajamas.
