Q: What is the optimal nap frequency?

A: It's not about quantity, it's about quality. We recommend napping at least 3 times a day, every day. Anything less is just called "being a morning person" and that's just not us.

Q: How long should I nap for?

A: The Bob Squad recommends napping for exactly 27 minutes. Any more, you'll be asleep; any less, you'll just be resting. Trust us on this one.

Q: What's the best surface to nap on?

A: Our research shows that napping on a beanbag is the key. The Bob Squad has a team member with a beanbag, and we can arrange a nap-sitting if needed.
