Our research team, led by the illustrious Dr. Bob, has been studying the effects of napping on productivity, creativity, and the overall quality of human life.

Our current research suggests that 17 naps per day is the sweet spot for maximum efficiency. Anything more or less, and you're either too sleepy or too awake.
