Decree 2: The Unyielding

By order of the Supreme Ruler of this Domain, all users are required to follow these rules:

Rule 1: No using Comic Sans. It's just wrong.
Rule 2: No using Flash. We're not made of money.
Rule 3: All images must be 100px x 100px. Any larger and we're forced to use a magnifying glass.

Failure to comply will result in the immediate implementation of Decree 3, also known as "The Redirection of the Disobedient".
